The big day has finally arrived. This morning, Benita and several other women -- including NewsChannel 13 producers Alicia Banker and Kathy Barrans -- got their hair cut for Locks of Love at Rumors in Latham.

I'm sorry I missed this report...our 13 year old daughter has donated her hair twice here in Glens Falls...once on Dec. 22, 2004 and again on Oct. 31, 2006. The first time, she went in for a little trim, and walked out feeling on top of the world!!! She couldn't wait for it to grow to donate again - it took less than 2 years, and again, she's counting the inches for the next time.
