National Alcohol Screening day is April 5th.
If you suspect you have a problem controlling your alcohol consumption, that's the day to take a free, anonymous screening. There are sites offering the screening or you can do it on line. Just go to www.NationalAlcoholScreeningDay.org
The National Screening helps you assess your drinking behaviors and find resesources for help.
Moderate alchohol use is defined as: no more than 2 drinks a day for men .. no more than one drink per day for women and seniors. If you're drinking more than that, it could be a sign of trouble.
